Please contact us regarding items not sold. Collect (from 10am - 5pm) at Unit 29, Cygnus Business Estate, Dollis Hill, NW10 2XA (nearest tube: Dollis Hill, Jubilee Line tube - free parking at rear). Some items will also be on display at the mjQ showroom, 5 minutes away (see our Contact Us page for full address). Please check with us to make sure that the item is located here first before setting off Log-in to your Bidding Update page to view any invoices generated from your winning bids. Collect your items in person or let us arrange shipping for you (please contact us to discuss your requirements). All risk with equipment passes with the title. 20% of the value of the winning bid will be chargeable for any dismantling of the acoustic materials or studio build items undertaken by mjQ Ltd. at the winner’s request. Winners should arrange any insurance from the moment the bidding has been won. Any damage to items as the winning bidders are removing them will no longer be the responsibility of mjQ Ltd. or the original owner of the item. Shipping will be charged on top of the gross price of winning bids. Combined purchases can be shipped together to save on cost. mjQ will pack and ship items by mutual arrangement with the winner. The 5% Buyer’s Premium has been reduced from 10% and applies to all winning bids without exception. VAT will be charged at the current rate of 17.5%. EU-resident bidders from outside the UK must provide a valid VAT number to receive a zero-rated VAT invoice. High-cost items such as consoles, mastering lathes etc. that are not in the auction will be listed as “featured” items, which means they are available for purchase by direct negotiation with mjQ Ltd. (please call 0208 452 2468). The featured collection of former EMI studios equipment is available for purchase only as a complete package (not as individual lots). Regarding removal, shipping & payment: Invoices will be generated via the bidding information page within 24hrs. Where shipping is required, additional invoices will be created manually by our accounts department (Pauline pmorgan@mjq.co.uk). If you require help with shipping please let us know asap via email sales@mjq.co.uk or call us on + 44 208 452 2468. If you are planning to come to the studio to remove your won items from the walls & ceilings etc. please let us know in advance of your estimated time of arrival. Please note: the studio will be accessible only on Friday 3rd (10am-5pm) only (NOT DURING THE WEEKEND) and then again on Monday 6th September - Friday 10th September between 10am and 5pm) only.
